Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection process.

  Ship to JOYROOM

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
